At Smoke Culture USA, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The available shipping options and rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by method and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on state or local laws. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund for the restricted item.

All orders require an adult signature (21+) at the time of delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes for items requiring age verification at delivery.

Packaging

All glass products are carefully wrapped and packaged with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We ship in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the box.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at smokecultureusa@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
