Thank you for shopping with Smoke Culture USA. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Items must be returned in the original shipping box or packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any item that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer negligence.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at smokecultureusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Please do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at smokecultureusa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Due to the fragile nature of glass products, we strongly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and documenting any damage immediately.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
